
Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive support professional to drive operational efficiency and structure within our fast-paced firm.
- Operational Support
- Manage documents, trackers, and workflows.
- Oversee time tracking for contractors and external staff.
- Prepare contracts using established templates.
- Track deadlines and ensure critical actions are followed up on.
- Financial Operations
- Own and manage invoicing, ensuring hours are invoiced correctly and on time.
- Assist with salary and contractor payments while keeping records organized.
- Support finance-related tasks, including receipts and reconciliations.
- Proactively spot and resolve payment delays or discrepancies.
- Research & Coordination
- Research relevant awards and events, applying as needed.
- Support ad hoc projects, market research, and executive reporting.
- Help manage calendars, reminders, and weekly checklists.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in administrative, financial operations, or operational support roles.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience handling complex invoicing operations.
- Independent and resourceful, with excellent communication skills.
