JOB SUMMARY:

The Operations Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient planning, preparation, and delivery of assessment materials, services, and support across various testing sites and clients. Working within the GRACE operations division, the coordinator oversees logistical processes, including material distribution, interdepartmental coordination, inventory control, printing of booklets, and the endorsement of materials returned from the field.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Day-to-Day logistics operations monitoring
  • Warehouse (inventory and warehouse management)
  • Printing (internal and external printing)
  • Data Support - Budget Monitoring Manpower and Capacity Planning for Operations
  • Other Administrative tasks Supplies Monitoring

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Education Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in operations coordination, logistics, or fulfillment—preferably in the education, publishing, or assessment industry
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and knowledgeable with logistics or inventory software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with data privacy or secure test administration
