Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project management, task tracking, and workflow alignment across teams.

This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, who can work independently in a remote setup with limited supervision.

The Operations Coordinator will support day-to-day operations, streamline workflows, and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Task Management: Oversee the scheduling of tasks and track progress across teams.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, and project status updates.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate between strategy, creative, and data teams to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Vendor and Contractor Management: Support the onboarding, invoicing, and communication of vendors and contractors.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Weekly Reporting: Provide weekly operational reports on progress, resource allocation, and upcoming needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2+ years of operations, project management, or administrative coordination experience.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Google Workspace and Slack.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Independence: Able to work independently in a remote setup with limited supervision.
