Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for performing various financial tasks including bookkeeping, payroll management, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process XERO Payroll, including timesheet processing, superannuation, and PAYG compliance
  • Manage bank reconciliations and Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Process bills using DEXT and Hubdocs
  • Prepare payables and receivables reports
  • Manage sales invoicing
  • Track and report on XERO Projects
  • Prepare end-to-end BAS/IAS submissions
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and budgets
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Deliver high-quality financial services and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bookkeeping experience with Australian clients
  • Proficiency in Xero and experience using DEXT or Hubdocs
  • Experience with Xero payroll, reconciliations, invoicing, and BAS/IAS preparation and reporting
  • Experience with cash flow forecasting and budget preparation
  • Xero Projects tracking and reporting experience
