Job Description

As an AU Bookkeeper, you will handle reconciliations, accounts payable, and payroll while ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will also support other accounting tasks as required, helping drive efficient financial processes for international operations.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Must be a graduate of Accounting Degree
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong ability to follow processes
  • Ability to type accurately using both alpha and numeric keys at relatively high speed
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Experience with Xero, Receipt Bank, and Invitbox will be highly regarded

Your Daily Tasks

  • Perform accurate and efficient reconciliations in Xero
  • Process all supplier invoices and statements promptly, including contacting suppliers for missing invoices
  • Draft regular pay runs for review and approval by the Account Manager
  • Handle additional accounting and bookkeeping tasks as required
