Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent bookkeeping and administrative skills? We are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to join our team.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping and/or executive assistant roles, with proficiency in QuickBooks, invoicing, and payroll. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our business, including processing timecards, pulling reports, and coordinating with vendors.
Key Responsibilities:Manage financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance
Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure timely payments and deliveries
Provide administrative support to the business owner, including email management and scheduling
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
100% remote work setup with flexibility based on client needs

Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and/or executive assistant roles

Comfortable working full-time (45 hours/week) on Pacific Time
High attention to detail and strong follow-through
Ability to work independently and proactively
Experience in small business or contractor/trade environments preferred
Familiar with email platforms, timecard processing, and contract management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
