Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping and/or executive assistant roles, with proficiency in QuickBooks, invoicing, and payroll. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our business, including processing timecards, pulling reports, and coordinating with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure timely payments and deliveries

  • Provide administrative support to the business owner, including email management and scheduling

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:

  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through
