Job Overview:

As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team and leverage your skills to build long-lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls from residential and commercial customers regarding HVAC services (repairs, maintenance, installations, estimates)
  • Maintain active communication with clients through outbound follow-up calls to confirm appointments, provide quotes, or check on previous service calls
  • Evaluate client needs and recommend tailored HVAC solutions based on established guidelines
  • Accurately schedule service appointments in collaboration with dispatch teams
  • Clearly communicate pricing, warranty, and service information to clients
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of client interactions and notes within the CRM system
  • Efficiently resolve client concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate internal team as needed
  • Meet predetermined quality assurance and service level benchmarks set by the client

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center or phone-based customer service/sales role (HVAC or trades industry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC services, terminology, and common customer concerns
  • Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using CRM or dispatch software is advantageous
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working remotely or in a BPO setting with flexible shifts if required
