\Our team is looking for a quality control and customer experience specialist to join our dynamic and rewarding culture. As an integral part of our group's success, you'll be empowered to focus on your career progression and turn your goals into reality.
\Key Responsibilities:\- Designing, developing, and implementing quality control frameworks to ensure adherence to quality standards.\
- Processing all order types and channels, providing centralized support for the sales force, and ensuring efficient project management.\
- Managing client-specific concerns and communicating quality updates to the team.\
- Verifying accuracy and collating information needed by the client.
Additionally, you'll be responsible for documenting compliance documents, assisting operations leads in implementing corporate policies, and suggesting process improvement efforts.
\Qualifications:\- Specialist knowledge of products and solutions to understand implications for order processes.\
- Previous industry experience in sales and customer-centric roles with strong analytical skills.\
- Bachelor's degree holder in any business-related discipline.\
- Excellent communication skills to understand customer issues and find ways to exceed expectations.
