Neksjob is seeking an Airline Service Coordinator to support daily operational activities, ensuring smooth and efficient airline services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating with various departments to facilitate on-time departures, manage schedules, and enhance customer satisfaction.
About the RoleThis role involves monitoring and assisting in daily flight operations, including check-in, boarding, and departures. You will also coordinate with ground staff, flight crews, and other departments to ensure timely and efficient service. In addition, you will handle passenger inquiries and resolve issues related to flight changes, delays, and cancellations.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a minimum of 6 months of experience in a BPO environment. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure will enable you to thrive in this dynamic role.
Estimated Salary: $30,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
