Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our senior executives. This role involves managing complex calendars, prioritizing meetings, and handling confidential travel logistics.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for drafting, editing, and preparing high-level correspondence, executive reports, and strategic presentations. Additionally, they will oversee document management, including sensitive client files and project tracking.

Our ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role. They should be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and tools like Google Workspace.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments. They will also have superior written and verbal communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex executive calendars and prioritize meetings.
  • Draft, edit, and prepare high-level correspondence and executive reports.
  • Oversee document management, including sensitive client files and project tracking.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role.
