Job Summary

Dual Role Opportunity

This is a dynamic role that combines leasing coordination and social media management for a real estate business.

  • Leasing Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, schedule apartment showings, follow up with tenants, and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and update social media accounts with relevant content, create engaging posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments or inquiries.

Key Responsibilities include excellent English communication skills, strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently, proficiency in Excel and basic computer programs, comfort working remotely and handling tasks independently, experience with social media platforms is a plus, and prior experience in real estate leasing or property management is a bonus but not required.
