This is a key position in our organization where you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of short- and long-term rental properties. The responsibilities include hiring, financial reporting, acquisitions, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of short-term rental property operations including maintenance coordination, guest satisfaction, marketing, and compliance with local laws.
  • Oversee long-term rental property operations, tenant relations, lease pricing, property showings, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead recruitment and hiring processes including job postings, interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports perform financial analysis ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
  • Identify and acquire profitable real estate investments through valuation due diligence negotiation and relationship management.
  • Drive business development by identifying growth opportunities developing strategies and conducting market research.
  • Perform administrative duties such as organizing records handling correspondence coordinating meetings and events and supporting management and staff.
