Senior Technology Strategist - Salesforce Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic technology consultant to support our clients in building and optimizing their go-to-market technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals, sales and marketing strategies, and operational needs.
  • Translate high-level strategic objectives into technical requirements and actionable implementation plans.
Technology Design & Architecture
  • Architect, configure, and optimize Salesforce to align with client-specific processes.
  • Implement and manage key integrations with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clari, and CPQ platforms.
Process Improvement & Documentation
  • Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and design streamlined workflows.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, process maps, and training materials to support user adoption.
Data Strategy & Reporting
  • Establish Salesforce as a single source of truth for revenue data across the technology stack.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Client Enablement & Support
  • Provide training and enablement to client teams to ensure effective use and adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering guidance on system governance, best practices, and change management.
