Business Development Opportunity

Drive Revenue Growth: As a skilled sales professional, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and conducting product demonstrations to closing deals and onboarding new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition: Leverage your expertise to drive your own pipeline by prospecting, qualifying, demoing, and closing deals.
  • Engage New Prospects: Build relationships with inbound leads, referrals, and internal teams to expand our customer base.
  • Run Engaging Demos: Utilize email, calls, and text to follow up after demos and close deals.
  • Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal teams to create customized onboarding solutions.

Requirements:

  • 4+ Years of Experience: In a quota-carrying Account Executive role with proven success selling mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Strong Investigative Sales Skills: With a consultative, solution-focused approach and experience in Workforce Management or HR products.
  • Track Record of Success: Consistently hitting or exceeding revenue goals and utilizing proven methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger) to improve conversion rates.
