IT Infrastructure Transformation Manager

GCash is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Transformation Manager to lead the design, development and implementation of our IT governance framework.

This role involves assisting in the creation of a tailored framework that aligns with the organization's overall risk appetite and strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, computer science or software engineering, with analytical, technological savvy and solutions-focused skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing an effective IT governance framework for infrastructure transformation projects.
  • Leading the identification, assessment and analysis of risks associated with infrastructure transformation, including technological, operational and security risks.
  • Ensuring all initiatives, projects and ongoing operations comply with relevant internal policies, external regulations and industry best practices.
  • Collaborating effectively with various departments, including IT Operations, Risk, Legal and Internal Audit.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), with a focus on IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
  • Proven experience in leading GRC initiatives within large-scale infrastructure transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, such as NIST and ISO 27001.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to Financial Services.
