Executive Financial Strategist Opportunity

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Financial Strategist to lead our financial planning and analysis team. This key role plays a pivotal part in driving business growth and optimizing our company's financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Strategic Financial Frameworks: Design, implement, and continuously improve our financial planning and reporting tools to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable insights for executive leadership.
  2. Lead Financial Planning Team: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in financial guidance.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Partner with client service teams to deliver customized financial analyses and insights to clients, ensuring alignment with their organizational goals.
  4. Financial Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop and maintain robust financial forecasting models, budgeting frameworks, and reporting tools to drive strategic decision-making and optimize business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in FP&A leadership roles, preferably in professional services or working with early-stage companies.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Exceptional communication skills, translating complex financial data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in financial planning tools and software; experience with automation tools is advantageous.
