Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-driven professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about recruitment and have a keen eye for detail.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for screening resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews via Hireflix. They will also manage candidate communication and email correspondence, ensuring seamless interaction with our team members and applicants.

Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will maintain accurate recruitment records in HubSpot and Google Sheets, guaranteeing efficient tracking of applicant data.

They will work closely with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs, facilitating a collaborative approach to talent acquisition.

The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training resources, and team communication in Slack, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screening of resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews via Hireflix
  • Candidate communication and email correspondence management
  • Maintenance of recruitment records in HubSpot and Google Sheets
  • Collaboration with managers and assistants on hiring needs
  • Contribution to SOPs, training resources, and team communication in Slack
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience
  • Familiarity with E-commerce or a strong interest to learn
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable
