Healthcare Recruiter Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team.

Ambitious and results-driven individuals with a strong understanding of the MSP/VMS process are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a 100% remote role.

Job Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for contract and permanent roles across the U.S.
  • Manage job orders and submit candidates directly through MSP and VMS platforms.
  • Utilize own sourcing resources and tools to identify top healthcare talent.
  • End-to-end recruitment process management from sourcing to placement.
  • Collaborate virtually with the team to achieve hiring goals and meet client needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting healthcare professionals within an MSP and/or VMS environment.
  • Strong understanding of the MSP/VMS process, compliance, and submission guidelines.
  • Own sourcing tools access (e.g., job boards, databases, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours or solely on weekends if preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a 100% remote role.
  • Eligible to work as an independent contractor.
  • Owning a VOIP US phone number / line.
