
Technical Support Manager

This role involves providing comprehensive support for all aspects of IT systems and services to ensure the security, integrity, and efficiency of operations.
Responsibilities- Supporting cloud infrastructure
- Maintaining high standards of system and data security
- Managing Intune device configurations, compliance profiles, endpoint security, and application deployments across AWS and Azure environments
- Performing proactive maintenance, including building, managing, and maintaining clients' infrastructure, ensuring end-to-end system stability and performance, incident and problem management, patch and vulnerability management
- Monitoring company system performance, escalating issues as necessary, and resolving them in a timely manner
- Supporting 3rd party services and Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, MS Teams, OneDrive, and CSP & SPLA Service Management
- Designing, developing, and customising business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents, integrating with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and third-party APIs
- Reporting on client service levels and ensuring accurate reporting
- Integrating systems to provide seamless data flow and automation, managing workflows, and developing skills in Power Automate and AI/ML tools for CI/CD processes
- Transitioning managed services, collaborating with the Professional Services team, and providing technical assistance to project teams as needed
- Developing and contributing to service documentation, promoting a culture of service excellence, and maintaining excellent relationships with key suppliers
- At least 5 years of experience in Global Support/Technical Operations Engineering, preferably 3 years as L2 in an AU MSP environment
- Relevant IT experience and/or certifications in Microsoft O365, Azure, or AWS
- Proficiency in PowerApps development and customisation
- Understanding of IT management principles and commitment to high security standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact confidently with staff and suppliers
- Team player with problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Proactive approach to process improvements and flexibility in work hours when required
