You will lead a team that includes a Marketing Automation Lead and a Digital Marketing Specialist, working collaboratively to achieve revenue objectives by driving customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies. Your goal is to develop and implement end-to-end customer journey strategies that align with business goals.
- Develop and execute customer lifecycle strategies across various channels.
- Partner with growth marketing, sales, and product teams to identify business goals and objectives.
- Design, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with key teams to ensure a holistic approach to user funnel management and customer experience.
This strategic role contributes to the effectiveness and optimization of our end-to-end customer journey.
We're seeking a leader with 5+ years of experience in customer journey management, customer engagement, or related roles who has a proven track record of leading and mentoring marketing teams, expertise in marketing automation platforms, and strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and omnichannel marketing.
The ideal candidate will have:
