Job Description

We are looking for a talented Customer Service Associate to handle post-sales inquiries, provide delivery updates, and collect valuable product and service feedback. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

  • Liaise with customers to resolve any issues or concerns related to products or services.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers regarding warranty claims, order status, and inventory management.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry and record-keeping using our internal systems (Freshdesk, W3APP, Shopify).
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and correspondence.
  • Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of goods and address any inventory issues.
