We're seeking an Inbound Sales Professional to join our Hospitality team. As the first point of contact for hospitality businesses, you'll engage and qualify warm inbound leads through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads from multiple sources
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, fit, and readiness to purchase
  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of inbound leads until they're sales-ready
  • Partner with Marketing to follow up on campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality
  • Build strong knowledge of the hospitality sector and customer pain points
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless lead transitions
What You Need to Bring:
  • Proven experience selling across multiple channels and using varied sales processes
  • A previous business-to-business sales background engaging with SMBs in the hospitality industry
  • Strong track record in qualifying leads and building a healthy sales pipeline
  • Hands-on experience with sales CRMs like Salesforce
  • Sales experience in new business development, preferably within SaaS solutions
  • Familiarity with the Australian/New Zealand market is a bonus
