We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our remote sales team.

As the first point of contact for families interested in our portrait sessions, you will be responsible for connecting with parents via phone, generating excitement about our clients' studio experiences, and successfully booking their portrait sessions.

  • Make over 150 outbound calls daily to warm leads provided by the company.
  • Manage inbound calls, SMS, and email inquiries from interested families.
  • Book qualified studio portrait sessions while clearly explaining the refundable deposit requirement.
  • Establish rapport and enthusiasm with parents by showcasing the enchanting fairytale studio experience.
  • Address objections with professionalism and confidence (related to price, legitimacy, scheduling).
  • Accurately document customer interactions in HubSpot CRM.
  • Consistently meet individual and team KPIs, including a target of .4 bookings per hour.
  • Collaborate with the sales and studio teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Strong motivation, persistence, and comfort working in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in phone-based inside sales or call center sales.
  • Excellent communication skills: confident, persuasive, and personable on the phone.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by commission and performance metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM systems is preferred.
