Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to support our internal training and documentation efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and designing standard operating procedure (SOP) trainings for new and existing employees, managing our training management system, and creating engaging learning content that drives clarity, consistency, and compliance across our growing team.

This includes collaborating with internal subject matter experts to develop and document SOPs, designing engaging and interactive SOP-based training materials, and creating knowledge checks, quizzes, and tests to reinforce understanding.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience designing training content, SOPs, or e-learning materials, and will be proficient in screen recording and video editing software, as well as strong writing and instructional design skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education & Experience:
    • Proven experience creating training videos, interactive tests, and employee learning modules.
    • Experience with training management systems, such as Trainual.
  • Skills & Tools:
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and version control.
    • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments and evolving company systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in HR, operations, or administration within a construction, contracting, or field-based service industry.
  • Experience creating SOPs for software tools.
