About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled senior software development engineer to join our global team. As a key member of our product and engineering teams, you will be accountable for building and deploying innovative features that change customers' lives every day.

  • Drive your squad to develop critical features for customers. We primarily develop applications using Ruby but also offer training to ensure you're equipped with necessary skills.
  • Collaborate closely with our global team of designers, product managers, and UX specialists to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Write automated tests for production codes.
  • Develop and maintain key components of web applications.
  • Conduct testing and code reviews for yourself and colleagues.
  • Mentor junior engineers within your squad.
Your Qualifications
  • You have 6+ years of experience in software development with a focus on server-side and RESTful API development and integration.
  • You are proficient in at least one programming language like Ruby, Python or TypeScript. We'll upskill you in Ruby when you join.
  • You have proven experience implementing, maintaining and deploying full-stack web technologies.
  • You have strong understanding of best practice software engineering processes, testing and Agile methodology.
  • You are a team player who always puts colleagues ahead of yourself and has highly adaptable and versatile approach to work.
  • You have good verbal and written English skills.
  • You are passionate about learning, sharing knowledge and mentoring teammates.
  • You are open to expanding your expertise into frontend technologies and growing into a full-stack engineer role. We support you every step of the way.
