In a world where businesses strive to support their customers, we're seeking an experienced Senior Training Lead to drive and elevate our training programs. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in training development and leadership, particularly in customer service environments.

This strategic role involves leading the development and execution of advanced training initiatives, managing complex training logistics, and mentoring a team of training professionals. Key responsibilities include leading all aspects of training sessions, workshops, and seminars, as well as directing onboarding, refresher training, and specialized sessions based on feedback.

The successful candidate will assess and enhance learner performance through detailed feedback, create presentations for weekly huddles, and ensure training programs thoroughly cover different channels, including voice. They will also proactively identify knowledge gaps and develop strategic training programs, collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and departments to design and implement learning solutions, and apply advanced instructional design theories and methods to create high-impact training materials.

Evaluation and refinement of training effectiveness using various assessment methods will be a key part of this role, as well as tracking training rollouts, conducting in-depth quality audits, and implementing improvements. A deep understanding of instructional design, training management, and program evaluation is essential for success in this position.
