We are seeking a seasoned Sales Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing sales processes and systems to enhance efficiency and conversion rates.

  • Outbound Sales Operations: Design and lead advanced outbound campaigns to drive business results.
  • Data Management: Oversee lead enrichment, validation, and compliance to ensure accurate prospect and customer data.
  • Tech Stack Ownership: Manage and optimize the sales, marketing, and customer success tech stack to maintain seamless data flow.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process automations and best practices to enhance efficiency.
  • Campaign Management & Reporting: Develop dashboards and provide actionable insights to guide decision-making across the organization.

You will work closely with senior leaders to create and refine playbooks, sequences, and messaging for VP+ level outreach. Your hands-on expertise with various tools such as HubSpot, Smartlead, and ZeroBounce will be essential in driving business outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or a related field within a B2B enterprise sales environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and deliver actionable insights.
  • Experience building end-to-end campaign reporting and attribution models across sales and marketing.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
