Workforce Planning is a strategic role that requires a unique blend of analytical and interpersonal skills. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our dynamic team as a Workforce Planning & Analytics Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to optimize operational performance and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, maintain, and analyze business data, including turnover rates, employee demographics, and performance metrics.
  • Design and deliver reporting and analytics solutions to support informed decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and develop recommendations to enhance workforce management and center-wide performance.
  • Utilize Power BI and other business intelligence tools to deliver reporting solutions, data analytics, and decision support to business leaders.
  • Partner and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data and reporting solutions that enable the business to meet or exceed customer and organizational expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or related experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management, reporting analysis, business intelligence, or related field.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and overall MS Suite products, including Power BI.
  • Excellent critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven track record of driving performance improvement initiatives.
Working Arrangements

This role works mostly in a remote setup and requires a dedicated home office space with wired internet connectivity of at least 50mbps.
