
Virtual Support Specialist

- Provide customer support and manage client communications
- Handle calls and email inquiries
- Administrative tasks such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, work order processing, notices, compliances, lease renewals, document preparation, email management
- Marketing and social media management
- Comply with client-specific standard operating procedures in doing the day-to-day tasks
- Proactively keep yourself updated with changes in standard operating procedures and guidelines.
- Comply with our set of guidelines in the fulfillment of daily tasks.
- Effectively represent our core values to anyone within or outside of the company.
- Provide data and information to the leadership team as required.
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Willing to undergo background checking
- Good accent
- Quiet home office environment
- Willing to work on non-traditional hours
- Fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10MBPS with internet backup available
- Dependable electricity with power backup available
- At least 8-gen i3 processors, 8GB RAM, and Windows or MAC, SSD disc
