Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate with instructors to ensure the delivery of high-quality academic services to students.

- Provide excellent customer service to students and their families to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Manage virtual tutoring sessions to deliver educational programs seamlessly.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
- Communicate regularly with partner program directors to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments.
- Excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills are essential for success in this role.
- Able to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully.
- Professional demeanor and effective communication skills are necessary for building trust in virtual relationships with customers and team members.
- Works well in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's Degree required; 2-3 years progressive career growth experience preferred.
