We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our dynamic property-focused business based in Australia.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing CRM systems, maintaining accurate data, coordinating social media activities, and assisting with property research. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining the company's CRM system to ensure all client and agent data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Supporting agent data management, including database updates and reporting.
- Assisting with social media management, including scheduling posts, basic content updates, and responding to inquiries.
- Researching and sourcing property listings based on client needs and criteria.
- Handling general administrative duties such as email management, calendar coordination, and document preparation.
- Collaborating closely with the business owner to ensure tasks are prioritised and deadlines are met.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
- Proficiency in using Monday.com or any CRM-related tools.
- Experience using Canva and VTiger.
- Familiarity with Wix and WordPress.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry, particularly the Australian market.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Advanced Excel).
We require the successful candidate to be available for meetings and collaboration during core Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) business hours. You will also be required to disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work and reflect this engagement on your LinkedIn profile clearly marked as 'Independent Contractor'.
