Remote Ecommerce Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly reliable and proactive individual to support our growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced, takes initiative, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

This role involves managing daily administrative and ecommerce support tasks, assisting with customer support and order processing, coordinating email campaigns, creating social media posts, supporting product reviews, and updating products using Magento.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day operations for the ecommerce department
  • Providing excellent customer service and support
  • Coordinating email marketing campaigns and social media content
  • Assisting with product updates and reviews

Requirements for success in this role include:

  • Reliability: Consistent attendance and full-shift availability
  • Efficiency: Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities

  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant virtual assistant or ecommerce support experience
