We are seeking a skilled professional to join our customer-facing team as a Customer Experience Ambassador. This role involves providing exceptional support to customers via various channels, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement:
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and online forms.
- Provide detailed information on product availability, specifications, and policies.
- Address and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Issue Resolution:
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues by collaborating with internal teams as needed.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues for further resolution.
- E-commerce Platform Support:
- Assist customers in navigating the e-commerce website and resolving technical issues.
- Work closely with logistics partners to provide updates on order statuses.
- Feedback and Improvement:
- Collect and document customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by offering insights based on direct customer interactions.
- Brand Advocacy:
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all customer interactions.
- Foster positive relationships with customers to promote brand loyalty.
- Proven experience in customer service within an e-commerce environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple interactions simultaneously.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and customer service software.
