We are seeking a skilled professional to join our customer-facing team as a Customer Experience Ambassador. This role involves providing exceptional support to customers via various channels, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and online forms.
    • Provide detailed information on product availability, specifications, and policies.
    • Address and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Issue Resolution:
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues by collaborating with internal teams as needed.
    • Escalate complex or unresolved issues for further resolution.
  • E-commerce Platform Support:
    • Assist customers in navigating the e-commerce website and resolving technical issues.
    • Work closely with logistics partners to provide updates on order statuses.
  • Feedback and Improvement:
    • Collect and document customer feedback to inform business decisions.
    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by offering insights based on direct customer interactions.
  • Brand Advocacy:
    • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all customer interactions.
    • Foster positive relationships with customers to promote brand loyalty.

  • Proven experience in customer service within an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple interactions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and customer service software.
