Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or any other communication channel as needed.">
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our e-commerce platform and ensuring timely delivery of products.">
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability, and maintain accurate records.">
  • Dispute Resolution: Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and returns in a timely and satisfactory manner for the customer.">
  • Communication: Provide customers with updates on order status, shipment tracking, and any other relevant information to enhance their overall experience.">
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process.">
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, order information, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision making.">

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.">
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic setting.">
  • Skills: Strong understanding of order management systems, e-commerce platforms, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.">
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with inventory management software, shipping carriers, and logistics processes.">
