
Administrative Operations Manager

The Administrative Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of administrative operations, ensuring seamless internal processes and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain office premises' cleanliness, security, and maintenance through effective facility management.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and asset inventory to optimize resources.
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and compliance with regulations to minimize risks.
- Ensure utilities and facilities are functional and cost-efficient through regular monitoring.
- Book domestic and international flights for employees and executives, ensuring timely arrangements.
- Coordinate hotel accommodations, airport transfers, and travel itineraries to meet business needs.
- Maintain accurate travel records, monitor budgets, and ensure adherence to policies.
- Liaise with travel agencies and negotiate corporate rates to secure optimal deals.
- Supervise the daily operations of the administrative team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop administrative systems, processes, and policies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Handle communications, document control, and filing systems to maintain organization and transparency.
- Manage vendor contracts for office services to ensure quality and reliability.
- Ensure administrative activities comply with internal and external regulations, maintaining a compliant environment.
- Monitor expenses and prepare regular reports on costs and facility maintenance to inform business decisions.
- Conduct audits of administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in administrative management.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant systems.
