Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Excellence Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements to ensure smooth daily operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversight of compliance with ISO standards, company policies, Customs, and PEZA regulations.
  • Leading process improvement initiatives to optimize business performance.
  • Coordinating with teams to identify process gaps and implement effective solutions.
  • Mentoring and coaching associates to empower them to exceed expectations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education.
  • 5+ years of relevant Business Operations experience.
