
Remote Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Admin Assistant to support our remote team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using tools like Google Suite, MS Office, or Xero and have strong time management and communication skills.
The role involves performing various administrative tasks, such as supporting the team, recording and verifying financial transactions, booking travel and accommodation, keeping calendars organized, doing light market research, creating reports and presentations, and handling ad-hoc duties.
