Job Description:

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations of the organization. This includes administering the recruitment and activation processes, maintaining accurate records, and evaluating sales performance to ensure recognition and rewards programs are effective.

This role involves providing guidance and counseling to all agents by instilling in them a strong sales code of ethics, ensuring smooth interrelation with colleagues. It also entails providing necessary sales support to agents by equipping administrative personnel with proper tools and training to deliver excellent group services.

The Sales and Marketing Manager conducts quarterly sales performance evaluations of each branch for accurate assessment of the organization's condition, including assessments of each business sales manager.

This position facilitates sales training, develops modules, and conducts research on competitors and target markets relevant to product presentation development. It also oversees event facilitation and manages related activities.

The Sales and Marketing Manager resolves sales conflicts between branches or divisions through established processes and procedures. They manage sales and performance evaluations of business sales managers quarterly.

This role administers disciplinary actions and notices to erring employees with proper documentation and filing. It also provides guidance in account administration to ensure valid and qualified sales bookings, from reservation to final payment, including payment terms and client documentation.

The Sales and Marketing Manager coordinates with other departments regarding sales activities, incentives, promotions, and materials, through meetings and memos for effective communication.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management; Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Personable with strong leadership qualities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of the English language.
