Senior HR Executive Role

FSM is seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Senior Human Resources Manager. In this role, you will provide guidance and comprehensive HR support for clients as we expand our service offerings.

This is a full-time remote opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee HR functions for clients; review and monitor all policies, processes, systems, and other initiatives
  • Manage employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, and dispute resolutions
  • Align HR initiatives and people strategy with business needs, including supporting employee and leadership development, and developing succession plans for key positions
  • Build relationships as a trusted HR advisor to client stakeholders, participating in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making
  • Identify trends and propose actions related to employee engagement and organizational culture
  • Develop new HR policies, and/or review existing policies, tools, and processes to meet changing business conditions and evolving needs
  • Leverage technology and HRIS to streamline workflow and increase productivity
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • BA degree in Human Resources or business-related field
  • At least 7 years experience in managing diverse HR teams
  • Proven track record in acquiring knowledge, opportunities, and experiences
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices, with deep understanding of benefits administration
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments
