Job Description

You will set the path to success by overseeing performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction.

  • Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand their needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
  • Produce solid strategies based on accurate data reports and analysis that impact the bottom line.
  • Identify training needs to equip staff with fundamental skills and knowledge.
  • Have a thorough understanding of leave processes and medical terminologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for changes in promotions and updates.
  • Conduct process compliance and adherence to all team members, partners, and third-party providers.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not required).
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar leadership role.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Disability Insurance Program (required).
  • Relevant experience in Healthcare and Other Insurance (preferred).
  • Familiarity with FINEOS is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive improvements.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in team management and problem resolution.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
