Job Title: WFM Analyst II/Scheduler

About the Role:

The WFM Analyst II/Scheduler is responsible for performing both real-time analysis and scheduling functions as determined by current business need.

  • Responsible for ensuring service levels are met through real-time analysis duties.
  • Monitors call volume demand in real-time and flexes workforce accordingly.
  • Evaluates and adjusts schedules to ensure consistent service is maintained.
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and managing an efficient staff scheduling system for short-term future needs.
  • Determining how to best distribute staff to meet projected call volumes.
  • Analyzing historical patterns to determine nature, variance, and seasonality of call arrival patterns.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A BA/BS degree in Business, Statistics or related field.
  • 2 years call center operations experience.
  • Or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
