Overview of the Operations Assistant Manager Role

The Operations Assistant Manager is a pivotal role that oversees daily back-office operations to ensure quality service, client satisfaction, and team performance. As an expert in operations management, you will monitor client task activity and operational metrics; coach teams for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and client-specific security standards.
  • Drive innovation, process optimization, and efficient resource planning.

  • Build strong client relationships and support new client onboarding and reporting needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in operations, team leadership, or client service.
  • Strong skills in coaching, performance management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple teams or clients.
  • Familiarity with back-office platforms or workflow systems.
