The Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a business, ensuring its smooth progress and productivity. They will manage the company's procedures, coach staff, and plan operational activities. The ideal candidate must be competent in planning, possess thorough knowledge of various company processes, and be able to lead effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth progress.

  • Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation.

  • Liaise with superiors to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.

  • Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback.

  • Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.

  • Ensure that the company runs in compliance with established regulations.

  • Review financial information and adjust operation budgets to promote profitability.

  • Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

  • At least five (5) years of related experience is required.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

  • Knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.

  • Familiarity with MS Office and business software.
