As a Virtual Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in the success of our organization by providing exceptional administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities include handling day-to-day tasks such as email monitoring, appointment confirmations, internal updates, and document management to support field and office operations.
- Administrative Support & Scheduling: Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and job statuses to ensure seamless operations.
- CRM Support (FieldPulse): Update and maintain the FieldPulse CRM with accurate records and data.
- Communication Coordination: Respond to client inquiries professionally via email or CRM, providing timely and accurate information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:- Administrative Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting businesses in a virtual assistant or operations support capacity.
- FieldPulse CRM Knowledge: Prior hands-on experience using FieldPulse is strongly preferred.
- Strong Written Communication: Excellent email etiquette and fluent written English for client communication and internal updates.
