  • Handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns and account concerns.
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Empathetic, patient and reliable when addressing customer concerns.
  • Team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Working From Home Requirements

  • Your own computer or laptop (an i5 processor or equivalent is preferred).
  • A stable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps upload/download speed).
