In this role, you will work closely with maintenance technicians to resolve technical issues related to non-KONE products, ensuring that they are maintained safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain material technical data for competitor products in KONE tools.
  2. Create spare part offerings and documentation for competitor product platforms.
  3. Provide material technical support for spare parts and equipment material technical issues.
  4. Design and implement alternate equivalent solutions for competitor equipment.
  5. Collaborate with procurement teams to source spare parts.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience with global competitor products.
  2. Proven experience in spares project implementation and change management.
  3. Bachelor's degree or other relevant experience.
  4. Fluent in English; other languages are an asset.
  5. IT literacy and willingness to travel.
