Why this role?
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore, and Thailand. In this role, you will work closely with maintenance technicians to resolve technical issues related to non-KONE products.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and maintain material technical data for competitor products in KONE tools.
- Develop spare part offerings and documentation for competitor product platforms.
- Provide material technical support for spare parts and equipment material technical issues.
- Create alternate equivalent solutions for competitor equipment.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source spare parts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with global competitor products.
- Proven experience in spares project implementation and change management.
- Bachelor's degree or other relevant experience.
- Fluent in English; other languages are an asset.
- IT literacy and willingness to travel.
