Why this role?

KONE SEA is embarking on an exciting growth journey and seeking a Technical Support Specialist for non-KONE products to join our team in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore, and Thailand.

This role provides remote technical support during the maintenance phase of non-KONE products, working closely with maintenance technicians to resolve technical issues.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, creating, and maintaining material technical data for competitor products in relevant KONE tools.

You will also develop spare part offerings and documentation for competitor product platforms, provide material technical support for spare parts, and work closely with procurement teams to source required spare parts.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Collect and create material technical data for competitor products in KONE tools.
  2. Develop spare part offerings and documentation for competitor product platforms.
  3. Provide material technical support for spare parts and equipment material technical issues.
  4. Create alternate equivalent solutions for competitor equipment.
  5. Work closely with procurement teams to source spare parts.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience with global competitor products.
  2. Proven experience in spares project implementation and change management.
  3. Bachelor's degree or other relevant experience.
  4. Fluent in English; other languages are an asset.
  5. IT literacy and willingness to travel.
