We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Support Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative and accounting support to our executive, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, licensing, and research as needed.
    • Provide general administrative support, including project coordination and personal executive tasks.
  • Accounting/Finance Support:
    • Track, reconcile, and follow up on incoming payments (accounts receivable).
    • Maintain financial records, track expense reports, and prepare basic reports.
    • Collaborate with internal accounting systems and software to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
    • Work closely with the executive to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • 2+ years of accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proven ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism.
