Admin Assistant Role
Azeus Systems Limited is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling documents, tracking tasks, and providing general administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Compile data and documents in an organized manner as required.
- Assist in project coordination and task tracking, including follow-up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor issues and ensure that investigations and resolutions are tracked to closure.
- Support document template revisions.
- Assist with new team member onboarding.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder in any field.
- Flexible and willing to work on various administrative tasks across multiple projects.
- Ability to work well under pressure, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Fast learner, analytical, methodical, and well-organized.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Adaptability to changing shift schedules.
